intermediate filament chain keratin 12, expressed in 
corneal epithelia (1). Together with Cytokeratin 3, it 
is essential for the maintenance of corneal 
epithelium integrity (2). Mutations in Cytokeratin 12 
lead to Meesmann corneal dystrophy (1).

Store at -20° C. Buffer: 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 
0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and
