RTKs, including EGFR, insulin recept o r , cytokine recept

Gab2 acts as a docking protein f o r several 
SH2-containing proteins (1-3). Upon tyrosine phosph 
o r ylation, Gab2 interacts with SHP2 tyrosine phosphatase
