Quality Standard:【产品介绍】LAT (linker f o r activation of T-cells)
is involved in the T-cell antigen recept o r (TCR)
signal transduction pathway, a n d may play an imp o r
tant role downstream in activating protein tyrosine
kinases (1). LAT is phosph o r ylated by ZAP-70/Syk
protein tyrosine kinases leading to recruitment of
multiple signaling molecules (2). It has been found
that Tyr191 a n d Tyr171 are required f o r
T-cell activation a n d Tyr132 is required f o r
the activation of PLCgamma1 a n d Ras signaling
pathways, respectively. Tyr226 a n d Tyr191 are required
f o r Vav binding, whereas Tyr171 a n d Tyr132 are
necessary f o r association a n d activation
of phosphoinositide 3-kinase activity a n d PLCgamma1 (3).
