Character：
为浅黄至棕色透明或牛透明黏稠液体或白色至浅棕色粉末或颗粒。易溶于醇、乙醚、石油醚、氯仿、苯，难溶于丙酮、水、乙酸酯。有吸湿性。在水中膨胀而成胶状液。遇空气及光线颜色变深。半数致死量(大鼠，腹腔)122mg/kg。有任何pH下均以两性离子状态存在，所以具有表面活性作用。
